Join Me for a Sacred Pause

Join me, Chris Their, and Amy Mew for an evening of Reiki infused breathwork and a sound journey. $10 off for early birds who register before May 2nd!

It will be a deeply nourishing evening created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Held on the evening of the New Blue Moon, this experience invites you to align with themes of grounding, intention-setting, and inner renewal.

You will experience how breath, energy work, and sound can gently support the release of tension, deepen connection to the body, and invite greater calm and clarity. You might notice subtle somatic or energetic release as stored stress begins to unwind.

Register for the class here!

Valentine’s Day isn’t Easy for Everyone

Some haven’t Found Love

Some have Lost Love

and Some have been Hurt by Love

So you don’t have to have a
“Happy Valentine’s Day”. But you should...

Treat Yourself
Honor Yourself &
Love Yourself

Because you’re worth it,
and the first person who needs to recognize that, is YOU.

How Many Sessions Does it Take?

That depends completely on the situation. If there are minor health conditions, it could take as few as one session. But in the case of major conditions or re-occurring situations (stress induced headaches, for example, or a chronic condition), it can take more. The best way to think of it is this: The longer it took to create the situation (or the longer you've had it), the longer it may take to heal it. There is also receptivity to take into account. The more open and receptive you are to the healing, the less your energy will try to block it. This can be a natural defense for many people and is nothing to feel bad about whatsoever, just to be aware of.

Not to be forgotten is the sometimes touchy subject of other health care in relation to your condition. While Reiki has been known to be a miraculous healing method, it is always safest to incorporate it into your health care regiment, which could also include traditional medicine or therapy of some type. Since I am not a medical doctor, I cannot and will not give medical advice. However, I am always open for self-care and energetic care discussions.

Can Reiki Help You?

The short answer is yes.

The longer answer is: Reiki can help anyone in need of healing, whether you need energetic healing, emotional, spiritual, or physical. Reiki starts at the energetic body and heals it, which in turn helps heal all other aspects of our being, including physical.

It is a natural Japanese healing modality that seeks out problems in our energetic body and heals those areas. When our energetic bodies are healed, it heals our emotional and spiritual layers, and that allows our physical body to focus on healing instead of just surviving. Reiki also promotes deep relaxation and removes stress while it replenishes our energy. In slowing us down and revitalizing us, it tells our body that now is the time to heal.

Though it is definitely a healing modality of Eastern origin, the West is noticing it’s value as well. St. Charles hospital of Bend, Oregon has had a Reiki program in place for over a decade. Practitioners volunteer to administer Reiki to those undergoing cancer treatments. Even hospitals have begun to acknowledge that Reiki is a wonderful naturopathic addition to any healing journey.
